Nutritional yeast is made from a single-celled organism, Saccharomyces Cerevisiae, which is grown on molasses and then harvested, washed, and dried with heat to kill or “deactivate” it. Because it’s inactive, it doesn’t froth or grow like baking yeast does so it has no leavening ability. Don’t worry; no animals are harmed in this process because yeasts are members of the fungi family, like mushrooms, not animals. Yeast has a history that dates back as far back as the ancient Egyptians, at least in terms of food preparation. When most people think of yeast, they are referring to the active form of yeast used to leaven bread. Nutritional yeast is different in that it’s heated and inactive. In this video, we’ll share 5 amazing benefits of nutritional yeast that you may not know. But, before we begin, please consider taking a moment to subscribe us. You’ll get amazing healthy nutrition tips from us every day. 5 Amazing benefits of nutritional Yeast 1.Vitamin B-12 Since most sources of B-12 tend to come from red meat, animal products, sardines, and tuna, the vegan and vegetarian community particularly welcome nutritional yeast. While it doesn’t naturally contain B-12, some brands are fortified with it. All you need is one tablespoon of this seasoning to get your daily dose of vitamin B-12, which is responsible for regulating your nervous system, maintaining your digestive system, increasing energy, and protecting against breast, colon, and stomach cancer. A deficiency in B12 can be identified by symptoms of fatigue, vision problems and soreness of the mouth. B12 helps create strong hair, nails and skin and it helps to maintain a healthy digestive system. B12 reduces fatigue and regulates our central nervous system, minimizing stress. As with other B vitamins, your gut can manufacture and synthesize missing components of the complex when your inner ecosystem is balanced with a healthy ratio of probiotics. 2. Protein Nutritional yeast is a complete protein containing at least nine of the 18 amino acids that your body cannot produce. This is great news, especially for vegans and vegetarians who may struggle to find enough protein sources in the diet.As a protein food, nutritional yeast benefits the entire body. Just two tablespoons of nutritional yeast provides a whopping nine grams of protein. You would have to consume one ounce of beef, one large egg, or over a cup of whole milk to get that same amount elsewhere. 3. Aids a Healthy Pregnancy Nutritional Yeast contains folic acid, which is a type of B vitamin, helps your body produce and maintain cells. It also keeps your colon healthy, regulates your cholesterol levels, potentially reduces your risk of stroke, and may even impact DNA synthesis and repair, which may prevent certain diseases. Since nutritional yeast is a great source of folic acid, it can benefit you in a number of ways. One tablespoon of nutritional yeast contains 1,059 micrograms of folate. Pregnant women need 400 to 800 micrograms of folate daily — the synthetic version is called folic acid. So one tablespoon of the cheesy yeast meets more than 100 percent of your daily needs. 4. Minerals Nutritional yeast is a good source of several minerals that also contribute to healthy blood sugar, including magnesium and zinc. This powerhouse nutrient is involved in almost 400 different reactions in the body and is crucial to maintaining good heart, metabolic, mental, bone, and digestive health. Nutritional yeast contains 24 milligrams of magnesium which is decent for such a small serving, but zinc is the real mineral star found in nutritional yeast. This is incredibly important for not only your blood sugar, but also your overall energy, immune health, and weight. Nutritional yeast contains 20 percent of your daily zinc needs, boasting 3 milligrams in just 2 tablespoons. 5.Improves Digestion German monographs indicate nutritional yeast as a medicinal choice for diarrhea and loss of appetite, and studies showcase the digestive system benefits of nutritional yeast. The probiotics in nutritional yeast have shown positive effects on diarrheal patients, and although more research is needed, it may help cure diarrhea. In addition, nutritional yeast is helpful for those who suffer the symptoms of lactose intolerance since it does not contain any dairy products. What’s your favorite way to eat nutritional yeast? Have you been trying to conceive and just aren't getting pregnant? Find out which foods and activities boost your fertility. Good nutrition is important for ‘good’ fertility. In this video, we’ll share 6 best foods to eat for improving fertility, that are supported by science. But, before we begin, please consider taking a moment to subscribe us. You’ll get amazing healthy nutrition tips from us every day. 6 Best foods to improve fertility 1.Whole Wheat Bread Complex carbs take longer than refined ones to digest, helping to keep blood sugar (and insulin levels) stable. Increased insulin levels can disrupt reproductive hormones. A Dutch study that looked at 165 couples trying to get pregnant found that when women had high levels of blood sugar, they were only half as likely to have gotten pregnant during the six-month study. 2. Beans Beans are the magical fruit, but they're also a fertility-boosting food. Researchers at the Harvard School of Public Health looked at nearly 19,000 female nurses who were actively trying to get pregnant and found that infertility was 39 percent more likely in women with the highest intake of animal protein. But women who ate a lot of plant protein were substantially less likely to have trouble trying to conceive. 3. Leafy Greens Spinach, romaine, arugula, broccoli, and other dark leafy greens are high in folate, a B vitamin that a few studies have shown may improve ovulation. Be sure to share the salad with your guy; men who get higher doses of folate make healthier sperm, potentially reducing the chances of miscarriage or genetic problems in the baby. Leafy greens also naturally increase a woman’s libido. 4. Salmon Salmon is a great protein source, rich in many nutrients but particularly anti-inflammatory omega 3. Research has shown that optimal levels of omega 3 are important in the management of female infertility. This cold-water fish is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which may help to regulate reproductive hormones and increase blood flow to the reproductive organs. Salmon is also lower in mercury than other fatty fish. 5. whole milk or other full-fat dairy foods Consume one or two servings a day of whole milk or other full-fat dairy foods, such as yogurt, and less non- and low-fat dairy. Researchers found that the more low-fat dairy products in a woman's diet, the more trouble she had getting pregnant. 6. Avocados Avocados are nutritional powerhouses packed with minerals, vitamins, essential fats, protein, carbohydrate and fibre. They are a fantastic source of vitamin E which studies have shown can be beneficial in improving endometrial lining (the lining of your uterus) and can also help with embryo implantation which is how a fertilised egg becomes a pregnancy. Avocados are also an excellent source of folate so are an important fertility food. Which one is your favourite? “Abs are made in the kitchen.” Well, that’s about 50 percent true — nutrition and exercise go together. In this video, we’ll share 10 best foods to eat for abs, that are supported by science. But, before we begin, please consider taking a moment to subscribe us. You’ll get amazing healthy nutrition tips from us every day. Best foods to eat for abs 1. Eggs Egg contains a nutrient called choline that boosts metabolism and may help turn off the genes responsible for belly fat storage. Research has also revealed that eating eggs for breakfast instead of a high-carb dish like a bagel can make it easier to lose weight—likely due to egg’s satiety value. Make hard-boiled eggs or whip up a batch of mini frittatas so you can reap the nutrient-packed, ab-shredding benefits on the go. 2. Bananas A bloated belly can make even the most toned stomach look a bit paunchy. Fight back against the gas and water retention with bananas. One study found that women who ate a banana twice daily as a pre-meal snack for 60 days reduced their belly-bloat by 50 percent. 3. Yogurt Packed with protein, crammed with calcium, popping with probiotics, yogurt has all the makings of the best weight loss foods. Just four weeks into the 12-week experiment, subjects who had taken these two nutrients—found in abundance in some yogurts—lost two times more fat than the other group. 4. Broccoli broccoli contains a phytonutrient called sulforaphane that increase testosterone and fights off body fat storage. It’s also rich in vitamin C ( a mere cup of the stuff can help you hit your daily mark), a nutrient that can lower levels of cortisol during stressful situations, helping your abs take center stage. 5. Berries Most are loaded with fiber, every dieter's best friend. The more fiber you eat — experts say that it's best to get between 25 and 35 grams every day — the fewer calories you absorb from all the other stuff you put in your mouth. That's because fiber traps food particles and shuttles them out of your system before they're fully digested. Berries (and other fruits) are also high in antioxidants. 6. Apples Apples are one of the very best sources of fiber, which means you should eat them at every opportunity. A recent study at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center found that for every 10-gram increase in soluble fiber eaten per day, belly fat was reduced by 3.7 percent over five years. 7. Almonds These delicious and versatile nuts contain filling protein and fiber, not to mention vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant. They're also a good source of magnesium, a mineral your body must have in order to produce energy, build and maintain muscle tissue, and regulate blood sugar. A stable blood-sugar level helps prevent cravings that can lead to overeating and weight gain. 8. Green tea Sipping green tea can make your time spent at the gym more worthwhile. A recent 12-week study found that those who sip 4 to 5 cups of green tea each day and log 25-minutes at the gym lose more belly fat than their non-tea-drinking counterparts who also broke a sweat. This brew contains catechins, an antioxidant that hinders the storage of belly fat. 9. Oatmeal oats are loaded with carbs, but the release of those sugars is slowed by fiber, and because oats also have 10 grams of protein per half-cup serving, they deliver steady, ab-muscle-friendly energy. 10. Quinoa Quinoa is higher in protein than any other grain, and it packs a hefty dose of heart-healthy, unsaturated fats. Quinoa is also a great source of fiber and B vitamins. This whole grain contains 5 grams of fiber and 11 grams of protein per half cup. Which one is your favourite? Asthma is regularly confused with other bronchial infections and doesn't always "present" in a straightforward way, making diagnosis difficult. Through ongoing research, we continue to draw closer to the day when all the pieces are in place. When we know what causes asthma, we will be much better equipped to prevent it and possibly to cure it. In this video, we’ll share some causes of Asthma. But, before we begin, please consider taking a moment to subscribe us. You’ll get amazing healthy nutrition tips from us every day. What are the causes of Asthma? 1. Allergies: Asthma attacks are most commonly triggered by allergies to airborne particles or otherwise harmless stimuli like grass or tree pollens, dog and cat dander, cockroaches, dust mites, fungal spores and mildew. The house dust mite is the most common coastal and inland trigger factor. An allergic reaction is implicated in about 90% of childhood asthma attacks and at least 50% of adult attacks. 2. Genetics: One risk factor for asthma is a condition called atopy, which is essentially a predisposition to be allergic to things. Genes contribute to atopy, which is a risk factor for asthma. Asthma is not a "single-gene" disease. Involvement of several different genes, though, in such asthma components as airway hyperresponsiveness and non-atopy-related inflammation seems likely but has not been proven. 3. Infection: Most babies and young children will experience wheezing at some point, usually during a viral respiratory infection. Some but not all of these children go on to have chronic asthma. It is unclear just what the role of the viral infection is, but it is possible that it is part of the cause of asthma. 4. Sport and exercise: Sport and exercise, particularly in cold weather, can set off an asthma attack. However, with the correct treatment asthma can be well controlled so that asthmatics need not avoid sport or exercise. In fact about 10% of Olympic athletes have asthma. Exercise-induced asthma refers to the trigger, not a separate condition and can be regarded as poorly controlled asthma. 5. Drugs/Medication: Certain commonly used medicines such as aspirin and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication may trigger an asthma attack. Also be cautious when using "beta blocker" blood pressure tablets or eye-drops for glaucoma, as they may aggravate bronchoconstriction, and thus asthma, in adult life. There are more causes of Asthma attack. It can be controlled by maintaining proper lifestyle and food habits. What do you think Can Asthma be controlled? Let us know your opinion in the comment box, and don’t forget to subscribe to get awesome health and nutrition tips everyday.

The more you are able to make healthy choices automatic, the easier it will be to remain in the state of slim. In this video, we’ll share 8 habits to get slim. But, before we begin, please consider taking a moment to subscribe us. You’ll get amazing healthy nutrition tips from us every day. 8 Habits to Get Slim 1. Evaluate your eating habits. Are you eating late at night, nibbling while cooking, finishing the kids' meals? Take a look around, and it will be easy to identify a few behaviors you can change that will add up to big calorie savings. 2. Eat regular meals. Figure out the frequency of your meals that works best in your life and stick to it. Regular meals help prevent bingeing. 3. Don't eat after dinner. This is where lots of folks pack on the extra pounds. If you are hungry, try satisfying your urge with a non-caloric beverage or a piece of hard candy. Brushing your teeth after dinner helps reduce the temptation to eat again. 4. Start your day with Breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day. After a long night's rest, your body needs the fuel to get your metabolism going and give you energy for the rest of the day. 5.Make a Habit of Starting With a Salad. Salads can actually help your body keep its blood glucose levels more even-keeled. That means you’ll not only stay fuller longer, but you’ll also save your body from an inflammation-inducing spike in blood sugar. 6. Drink Lots of Water You’ve probably heard it before but this is one diet-friendly adage that’s tried and true, so start hydrating. Drinking 2 cups of water before eating a meal can help you lose weight. The water helps you feel full sooner, so you eat less and in turn weigh less. 7. Snack on Yogurt Yogurt was recently identified as a top weight-loss-promoting food. It’s high in protein, which, gram for gram, helps fill you up more than carbs. Stick to plain, low-fat or nonfat yogurt for a healthy snack, without extra sugar or saturated fat. The probiotics in yogurt may help you burn fat. 8. Downsize Your Dish Studies show that we eat less when we use smaller dinnerware. The theory is that our eyes get tricked into thinking we are eating more because our plate is full, making the food portions look bigger. The result: we are satisfied with less food. Try eating your meals on salad plates instead of larger dinner plates. 9. Enjoy a Small Treat Don’t banish all your favorite foods. Doing so may lead to failure. A drastically limited diet is not sustainable, and feeling deprived may eventually cause you to overeat. Savoring a small treat daily really won’t sabotage your weight-loss efforts, according to research. Keep the treats small—aim for about 150 calories or less. Thanks for watching! Figure out when you ovulate The key to getting pregnant quickly is figuring out when you'll ovulate, or release an egg from your ovary. You ovulate only once each menstrual cycle. If you can tell when you'll ovulate, you and your partner can time intercourse for the best chance of getting pregnant that cycle. You can use a few different methods to determine when you ovulate. 2.Have sex at the right time Once you know your time frame for ovulation, plan to have sex during your most fertile window, which is two to three days before ovulation through the day you ovulate. If you're not sure when your fertile period will be, aim to have sex every day or every other day during the second and third weeks of your cycle. That way you're likely to have healthy sperm in your fallopian tubes whenever your body releases an egg. 3. Go Off Your Birth Control After you've been using birth control for awhile, it may take your body a few cycles to start ovulating regularly and be primed for pregnancy. This gives you time to track your cycle to figure out exactly when you ovulate, which is key for timing your babymaking. Just remember: Once you stop using birth control, you can get pregnant at any time! 4. Use an Ovulation Predictor Kit If charting BBT or monitoring cervical mucus sounds like a bit much, you can also pick up an ovulation predictor kit (OPK) at your local drugstore ,OPKs help to give you a heads up that you‚re about to ovulate, which is a signal that you and your partner should schedule some immediate sexy time. They work by detecting a surge in luteinizing hormone in your urine, which generally happens about 24 to 36 hours before you ovulate. 5. Skip the Lube This is a great excuse to encourage your partner to really amp up the foreplay: lubricants can be toxic to sperm and may reduce your chances of getting pregnant. And while there are some lubricant formulas that claim to be fertility. 6. Quit Smoking Virtually all scientific studies on smoking and fertility show that smoking leads to a higher rate of infertility and a longer time to conceive and that seems to hold true whether your exposure to cigarette smoke is first or secondhand. Not only does smoking harm a woman’s ovaries, but it likely hastens the loss of eggs and may even bring on menopause 1 to 4 years early. 7. Eat Well Although fertility rates are decreased in women who are super skinny or obese, there’s little evidence that any particular diet helps increases a woman’s chances of getting pregnant quickly. Good general guidelines are to eat a well-balanced diet and avoid heavy consumption of seafood high in mercury, Which one is your favourite?
