The Firebird

Some scoundrel has been stealing the Tsar's precious apples. His three sons are
set to watch all night and ordered to catch the thief. And so the quest for the
Firebird begins as the reckless, youngest son, Tsarevich (Prince) Ivan, tracks the
thief with the help of a friendly shape-shifting grey wolf. He journeys from realm to
realm finding himself jumping from the frying pan into the fire. This classic
Russian folktale has been cleverly brought to, life using shadow puppets in the
Indonesian style. The story of The Firebird has all the vital ingredients of a great
epic including magic, adventure, trust, risk and deception! During the journey Ivan
finds love, loyalty and true
