Muckheap

Muckheap is a galloping tale of two people who try to clean out their shed for
council cleanup day and in the process discover that everything is just too
interesting or full of memories to throw away. The story of Jacky and the
Beanstalk is played out in a storytelling frenzy throughout the cleaning as their
backyard becomes progressively messier. Finally they admit that nothing can be
thrown away and even grab more junk from the neighbours to add to the shed.
Muckheap is funny, fast and full of stories both mythical and personal. Muckheap
allows the audience to see themselves as potential puppet makers and
puppeteers, by using everyday objects to tell stories in an imaginative and fun
way.
