Businesses can be very complex organisations with many hundreds or thousands of people working in them in many different roles. In order to manage their resources effectively, businesses must have clear organisational structures in place. Organisational structures include the different relationships between people in an organisation. For example in some cases, an employer might want to have a very formal relationship between people in the organisation in others it might be more relaxed. This happens in every day life too. Think about any organisation you're a part of. Do you call the other people by their first names? Do you call them by their title? What about the other members themselves? Do they call each other 'Mrs D', 'Dr X' or 'Mr M' or do they refer to each other by their first names? How do they refer to the the person leading the organisation? Different levels in a business are referred to as hierarchies. A hierarchy occurs where people are given some sort of title or rank that signifies their importance in the organisation. All businesses have employees working at different levels of responsibility. At the bottom, a business depends on its operatives to produce the products or services. Team leaders often perform the day-to-day management role, with operational managers setting direction and strategy for the business as a whole. The number of employees in each level will depend on the business' organisational structure. It is important to determine who takes responsibility for decision making, who reports to who and who to blame when things mess up (or who gets the pat on the back if things go well!) There are three typical organisational structures. They are known as hierarchical, flat and matrix. A hierarchical structure is typical in large companies where each level of employee reports upwards and each level has a narrow span of control. The downside of this type of structure is that it can often lead to significantly slower communication and decision making. A flat organisational structure has much less levels of hierarchy and wider spans of control. This means employees at each level can communicate with managers more easily and quickly. However, this usually means that workers take more responsibility for decision-making. The benefits of this are that it may encourage a more dedicated and motivated workforce. Typically this type of structure is used in small businesses and start-ups. A benefit of this structure is that it allows the business to change rapidly to respond to the market, customers or competitors. However, this only applies if the staff are well trained and are actually capable of making the changes. Lastly, a matrix structure gathers employees who hold the relevant expertise in order to help the business to meet its goals. The people selected come from different levels and departments within the business. The structure can be used in both hierarchical and flat organisations and are typically used for specific projects. Individual team members may come from different parts of the business, regardless of their usual location in the hierarchy. Obviously once a project is over the matrix will be disbanded.

The Progressive Income Tax: A Tale of Three Brothers

05:00
"The Progressive Income Tax" is one of those economic terms that gets bandied about, but few actually know what it means or how it works. This tale of three similar brothers with three different incomes (but one shared expense) helps explain the tax system under which we live. Adapted from an article by noted investor and economist, Kip Hagopian, and narrated by actress Carolyn Hennesy of "General Hospital" and "True Blood" fame, this animated story will change the way you think about how you pay your taxes.  Donate today to PragerU! http://l.prageru.com/2ylo1Yt Joining PragerU is free! They were raised in the same home, with the same parents, had the same IQ, same skills and same opportunities. Each was married and had two children. They were all carpenters making $25 per hour. While they were very similar in all these respects, they had different priorities. For example, Tom, chose to work 20 hours per week, while his brother, Dick worked 40 hours and Harry 60. It should also be noted that Harry's wife worked full time as an office manager for a salary of $50,000. Dick's wife sold real estate part time 10 hours a week and made $25,000 per year. Tom's wife did not work. Tom and Dick spent all of their family income. Since they paid into Social Security they figured, they didn't need to save for retirement. Harry and his wife, on the other hand, had, over many years, put away money each month and invested it in stocks and bonds. Here's how it worked out: Tom made $25,000 a year, Dick and his wife made $75,000 and Harry and his wife, $150,000. When a new housing development opened up in their community, the brothers decided to buy equally-priced homes on the same private street. One day the brothers decided to pool their funds for the purpose of improving their street. Concerned about crime and safety, and wanting a more attractive setting for their homes, the three families decided to install a security gate at the street's entrance; repave the street's surface; and enhance the lighting and landscaping. The work was done for a total cost of $30,000. Harry assumed they would divide the bill three ways, each brother paying $10,000. But Tom and Dick objected. "Why should we pay the same as you?" they said. "You make much more money than we do." Harry was puzzled. "What does that have to do with anything?" he asked. "My family makes more money because my wife and I work long hours, and because we have saved some of the money we've earned to make additional money from investments. Why should we be penalized for that?" "Harry, you can work and save all you like" Tom countered. "But my wife and I want to enjoy ourselves now, not 25 years from now." "Fine, Tom. Do what you want. It's a free country. But why should I have to pay for that? "I can't believe your being so... unbrotherly," Tom argued. "You have a lot of money and I don't. I thought you'd be more generous." At this point, Dick, the peacemaker in the family, entered the conversation. "I've got an idea," Dick said. "Our combined income is $250,000, and $30,000 is 12 percent of that amount. Why don't we each pay that percentage of our income? Under that formula, Tom would pay $3,000, I would pay $9,000, and Harry would pay $18,000." "I have a much better idea," said Tom. "And one that's fairer than what you're proposing." For the complete script, visit https://www.prageru.com/videos/progressive-income-tax-tale-three-brothers

Classical Management Theory

10:49
Classical Management Theory, broadly speaking, is based upon Henri Fayol, Frederick Taylor, and Max Weber's overlapping management theories. These three management theories came together to form what we generally refer to nowadays as Classical Management Theory. Virtually all areas of organizational studies from management, to business, to organizational communication put these three theorists at the foundation of most modern day organizations for developing theories of 1) Administrative science, 2) Scientific Management, and 3) Bureaucracy. Taken together, they form the basis for how we organizational structures and relationships between managers and employes. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1433131234/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=alexlyon-20&camp=1789&creative=9325&linkCode=as2&creativeASIN=1433131234&linkId=6bfd9c333c786d16025c5a7c70a3ef4c The Organizational Communication Channel provides supplemental lessons for traditional, hybrid, and 100% online courses for students and teachers everywhere. 4 Products That Change Your Face Beyond Recognition

10:01
How to understand which foods you like perhaps too much just by looking at your face? Before you eat another cookie or drink another glass of wine, think about how it will reflect on your looks. "You are what you eat," - they say. You have probably heard this expression many times. But do you take it into consideration when you choose what to cook for lunch or what to drink with your dinner? Before you eat another cookie or drink another glass of wine, think about how it will reflect on your looks. Because it will. TIMESTAMPS Wine face 0:32 Milk face 2:11 Sugar face 3:38 Gluten face 5:02 Home-made mask against dark circles 6:33 DIY acne face mask 7:42 Facial mask for reddened skin 8:37 SUMMARY - Apart from large amounts of sugar, wine sometimes contains pesticides and sulfides, causing alcohol to dehydrate you. Your body loses water, your liver is overloaded, and your digestion may fail the next day, so your skin will look wrinkly, red, and hanging. In the long run, alcohol abuse may disrupt the work of bowel bacteria and cause various diseases. - This problem can appear even if you don't consume milk glass after glass every day. Milk added to your coffee or another bowl of ice cream may seriously affect your facial skin color, even if you aren't lactose intolerant. We lose a lot of lactose-metabolizing enzymes with age, and it provokes inflammations all over the body, including the face. The scheme is the following: cow milk contains a hormone with the name IGF-1. - Sugar affects not only your weight but your skin as well. It accelerates glycation, the process in which excess glucose molecules link with collagen, damaging it and making it rigid. This makes your skin age faster, causes wrinkles to appear, and disrupts pigmentation. - Gluten has the unfortunate ability to make your intestines so to say "leaky". It means that they start to let undigested particles of food enter your bloodstream. As soon as it happens, the body gets alarmed and an immune response is provoked into action. It causes an inflammation of such skin conditions as acne. Check if you have gluten intolerability by excluding the products containing it for 2-3 weeks and watching your skin. - Cinnamon has similar qualities. Its anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties help to reduce acne and the scars left after it. Apple cider vinegar unclogs skin pores. Also, it successfully dissolves the cells of the dead skin. It restores the normal pH of the skin and makes the appearance of pores minimal. How do you deal with the problems appearing on your face? Do you use any of the masks we have told you about? Vocabulary: How to talk about ADVANTAGES and DISADVANTAGES

06:35
http://www.engvid.com/ In English, we often need to talk about the advantages and disadvantages of something. You will definitely need to do this at work, on tests such as the IELTS and TOEFL, and also in everyday conversation. In this lesson, you will learn words that have the same meaning as "advantage" and "disadvantage", such as "drawback", "downside", "positive aspect", "benefit", and many more. After watching, take our quiz to make sure you understood. There are many advantages to watching this video! Come and improve your vocabulary by learning these synonyms in a very short time. http://www.engvid.com/vocabulary-advantages-disadvantages/ TRANSCRIPT Hi, there. My name is Emma, and in today's video, I am going to teach you some new words. I'm going to teach you some words that mean "good" or "advantage" and some words that mean "bad" or "disadvantage". Now, these words are very, very important if you are planning on writing the TOEFL test, the IELTS test, if you plan to go to university or college, or just for general conversation. Okay? So it's very important you learn multiple ways to talk about advantages and disadvantages. Okay. So let's get started. First of all, I would like to teach you some synonyms of the word "advantage". Okay? And maybe, we can work on your pronunciation. You can repeat after me as I say each word. So my first word here is "advantage", which most of you probably know. It means -- similar to "good". "An advantage of living in Toronto is you get to meet people from all over the word." Okay? So it's a good thing. Similarly, a "benefit" is another good thing. It has the same meaning as the word "advantage". "A benefit of living in Toronto is you get to eat food from all over the word." Another word we could say is "is positive aspect". "A positive aspect of living in Toronto is you get to visit the CN tower, which is a very interesting building." "A good point about living in Toronto is we have a great transportation system." For those of you who live in Toronto, you might think of that as a joke. Okay. "An argument in favor of living in Toronto is the people here are very polite and friendly." Okay? So these are all considered good things about living in Toronto. We can use all of these words to describe the things we love about Toronto. Okay? So I want you to take a moment to think about your city or your village or your town. What could you say that's about it about where you live? Can you think of an advantage, a benefit, a positive aspect, a good point, an argument in favor of where you live? Okay? So now, let's look at some of the bad things, the disadvantages. Okay? So the first word we'll use is "disadvantage". Let's think about living in a city in general. "A disadvantage of living in a city is -- maybe it's very busy." Maybe it's very noisy. Okay? So these are problems with living in a city. "A drawback of living in a city" -- again, you could say it's crowded. There's too much pollution. These are drawbacks. Some people have an objection to living in a city. Maybe there's not enough green space; there's not enough environment living in a city. "A negative effect of living in a city is -- maybe you feel stressed out." Maybe you have a lot of stress because of all the noise. "A downside of living in a city is -- maybe, you know, you're not getting fresh air because of the pollution." "A frequent criticism of living in a city is, again -- maybe it takes a very long time to get anywhere if you live in a very big city." Maybe there's a bad transportation system. So this might be a frequent criticism. Now, for this word specifically, I really want to work on the pronunciation because of this "ism". I know a lot of students from Brazil, a lot of students from South America, Central America, and Europe pronounce this a little bit differently than we do in English. So we would say "criticism". Okay. Can you say that? "Criticism". Okay? So this actually almost becomes like "izum". Okay? So that would be a frequent criticism. Finally, we can also talk about "an argument against". "An argument against living in the city is -- maybe you can't have farm animals." Maybe you love chickens and hens and pigs, but in the city, you can't have them. Okay? So these are all disadvantages of living in a city or disadvantage words. Whereas these are all advantage words. Okay. So let's do a couple of practices with you. Composite Materials Overview for Engineers Register for Composite Materials Overview for Engineers at https://www.edx.org/courses Introduction of composite materials from engineering design, manufacturing, and repair viewpoints. About this Course Composites are used in many industries today to enable high-performance products at economic advantage. These industries range from space to sports and include manufactured products for aircraft, transportation, energy, construction, sports, marine, and medical use. There are many material, economic and aesthetic advantages to using composites, but a solid knowledge of the physical properties, including the mechanics, tooling, design, inspection & repair, and manufacturing options is required for working in this medium as they are intrinsically linked. This course provides an introduction to the fundamentals of composite materials for high performance structures from the point of view of Aerospace engineering design, manufacturing, and repair. It is designed to address critical areas of composite technologies that focus on materials, manufacturing, mechanics, design, inspection, and repair. In this course students will learn how composite materials achieve properties of strength, weight ratios and durability that surpass aluminum in aircraft design. For these high performance applications engineers typically rely on laminated structures, which are built up from many varying layers of ply-materials. Using this process the mechanical properties of the composite part can be tailored to specific applications resulting in significant weight and cost savings. Tailoring specific properties and designing innovative laminate structures highlights the multidisciplinary nature of this industry and how it touches the expertise of many disciplines including engineers, mechanics, and inspection specialists. After successfully completing this course, students will be able to identify the unique characteristics of composites and understand how advanced composite structures are designed, manufactured and maintained. When you have finished this course, you will be able to: Demonstrate understanding of fundamentals in materials, manufacturing, mechanics, design, and repair of polymeric matrix composites Identify advantages and disadvantages of polymeric matrix composites with respect to metals Apply the knowledge acquired to the design and manufacturing of high performance composite structures

Business Studies - Legal Structure Structure: Business Exam Tips

03:50
Get Unlimited Access to GCSE Tutor Videos & Online Revision Here for £19.99: http://www.revisionapp.co.uk/product/online-gcse-revision. The legal structure a business chooses is fundamental to the way it operates. This legal framework determines who shares in the profits and losses, how tax is paid, where legal liabilities rests. It also determines the nature of a business' relationships with business associates, investors, creditors and employees. There are three options for a business' legal structure: Firstly, sole traders. These are individuals who run an unincorporated business on his or her own. Sometimes otherwise known as a "sole proprietor" or (in the case of professional services) a"sole practitioner". Examples of these are mobile hairdressers, plumbers, market traders etc. Sole traders are legally allowed to have paid staff but have full responsibility in financing them from their own pockets. This may be from loans or savings. However, they'll always have full control of the business and take all the profits! One of the benefits of being a sole trader is that it's the most straight-forward option. Individuals are taxed under the Inland Revenue's Self-Assessment system, with income tax calculated after deduction for business expenses and personal allowances. One of the disadvantages of being a sole trader is that they face unlimited liability for their debts. There is no legal difference between the business and the owner. If the businesses is in trouble, so is the owner! An alternative option is to incorporate a company. This will give the business a separate legal identity from the owners. Profits and losses are the company's and it has its own debts and obligations. Unlike sole trading, the company continues despite the resignation, death or bankruptcy of management or shareholders. An incorporated company also offers the best vehicle for expansion and the potential for investment from outside sources. The two main types of companies are private limited companies and public limited companies. Private limited companies are often small, family run businesses which are owned by shareholders. Every shareholder must have involvement in the business and none of the shares are allowed to be sold to the public. Public limited companies (also known as PLCs) are a much larger type of joint-stock company. They can sell its shares on the Stock Exchange to the public and can raise a lot more finance. The third structure is a partnership. A partnership is an association of individuals and generally there will be between 2 and 20 partners. Common examples of a partnership include doctor's surgeries, veterinarians and solicitors. Unlike an incorporated company a partnership does not have a "legal personality" of its own. This means that each partner is responsible for the debts of the partnership. Normally, partners share the profits equally. Therefore the operation of a partnership is usually governed by a "Partnership Agreement" which details the responsibilities and rights of each partner. It is really important that if you enter a partnership, you pick the right people!

https://ecoursereview.com/cloud-computing-pros-and-cons-for-business-it/ 3 Types of Cloud Computing Services: IaaS PaaS SaaS Explained You Might Wonder – What Is Cloud Computer: #Cloudcomputing is a set of forms that contain certain elements that allows for on-demand, network access, scalability, and shared resources. It's a platform for managing, storing, and processing data online through the internet. Some of the cloud computing features include the following: - On-Demand Services – Available when you need it - Network Access – When using the internet as your medium - Shared Resources – All resources are gathered together and used by multiple customers - Scalability - The ability of a computer system to adapt to increasing demands The Three Delivery Models: Cloud computing provides different services based on three delivery configurations. When they are arranged in a pyramid structure, they are in the order of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS. The Three Services: #SaaS - Software as a Service This service provides on-demand pay per use of the application software for users and is independent of a platform. You do not have to install software on your computer, unlike a license paid program. Cloud runs a single occurrence of the software, making it available for multiple end-users allowing the service to be cheap. All the computing resources that are responsible for delivering SaaS are totally managed by the vendor. The service is accessible through a web browser or lightweight client applications. End customers use SaaS regularly. The most popular SaaS providers offer the following products and services: Google Ecosystem including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive, Microsoft Office 365, and SalesForce. #PaaS - Platform as a Service This service is mostly a development environment that is made up of a programming language execution environment, an operating system, web server, and database. It provides an environment where users can build, compile, and run their program without worrying about an hidden infrastructure. You manage the data and application resources. All the other resources are managed by the vendor. This is the realm for developers. PaaS providers offer the following products and services: Amazon Web services, Elastic Beanstalk, Google App Engine, Windows Azure, Heroku, and Force.com #IaaS - Infrastructure as a Service This service provides the architecture and infrastructure. It provides all computing resources but in a virtual environment so multiple users can have access. The resources include data storage, virtualization, servers, and networking. Most vendors are responsible for managing them. If you use this service, you are responsible for handling other resources including applications, data, runtime, and middleware. This is mostly for SysAdmins. IaaS providers offer the following products and services: Amazon EC2, Go Grid, and Rackspace.com. Here is a short list of some companies that use cloud computing: iCloud – Cloud from Apple is for Apple products. You can backup and store everything from multimedia to documents online. The content is then smoothly integrated onto your devices. Amazon's AWS - When you talk about companies using cloud computing, Amazon Web Services leads the pack. It offers IaaS and PaaS to all their customers. Google Cloud – This cloud platform is universal for Google's enormous ecosystem and for other products such as Microsoft Office. It provides storage of data and collaboration along with other services that are included in their cloud computing suite. Microsoft Azure – Offered by Microsoft, it provides SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS for its software and developer tools. If you have used Office 365, then you have used SaaS. IBM Smart Cloud - This offers private, public, and hybrid distribution platforms providing a full range of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS cloud computing services for businesses. The pay as you go platform generates profits for IBM. New technology is popping up all over the internet and Cloud seems to be on the rise. This is only scratching the surface on what is already available and what will become available throughout 2017. --- 3 Types of Cloud Computing Services - IaaS PaaS SaaS Explained https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=36zducUX16w #CloudComputingServices #CloudComputing --- Follow us on https://www.facebook.com/EcourseReviews https://twitter.com/EcourseReviews https://plus.google.com/+Ecoursereview/posts https://ecoursereview.com/

22 Amazing Uses, Benefits, Beauty Tips, & Life Hacks For BAKING SODA

13:04
https://www.epicnaturalhealth.com/21-amazing-uses-benefits-beauty-tips-life-hacks-baking-soda/ 21 Amazing uses, benefits, beauty tips and life hacks for Baking Soda 1 Baking Soda For Heartburn Heartburn is just when the pH level of your stomach is too high, and you feel an acidic burn in your chest. If you drink a teaspoon of baking soda dissolved in 8 ounces of water, it can neutralize stomach acid and temporarily alleviate heartburn caused by acid reflux 2 Use Baking Soda as a Deodorant If you are looking for a deodorant that doesn’t include any harmful chemical compounds, give baking soda a try! It is well known for its ability to absorb bad odors, so applying it under your arms can help neutralize any sweaty smells. Just make sure to test out how your skin reacts. In some cases it can cause a rash. Try mixing 1/8 of a teaspoon of baking soda with a little bit of water — don't dissolve it — and rub it under your arms 3Hair brush cleaner cleaning your brushes and combs will ensure that your hair stays healthy and free from any dirt. Remove any leftover hair tangled in the needles of the comb, using baking soda and warm water paste remove any leftover oil and product buildup on the brush or comb. The gritty baking soda will scrub off any buildup and leave your tools squeaky clean. 4 Baking soda for teeth whitening Baking soda is already an active ingredient in many teeth-whitening products. Its gritty texture helps to remove surface stains on your teeth so they are brighter and whiter. Mix several teaspoons of baking soda with enough fresh lemon juice (or water) to make a paste. Wipe your teeth and any extra saliva off of them with a paper towel. Put a good amount of paste onto your toothbrush and apply. Leave the paste on for 1 minute, then rinse, so as to avoid the acid effecting enamel And smile away 5 Baking soda to clear drains Vinegar and baking soda clean drains because they react to each other when they are mixed. Baking soda is bicarbonate, and vinegar is an acetic acid The reaction of vinegar and baking soda combined causes them to bubble quickly. The bubbles move through the drain, cleaning dirt and debris from the walls of the drain. • Pour a pot of boiling hot water down your drain. • Dump in about 1/2 c. baking soda. Let that sit for a few minutes. • Then, pour a mixture of 1 c. vinegar and 1. c very hot water down on top of the baking soda. • Cover with a drain plug (to keep the reaction down below the drain surface) if you have one and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. • Flush one more time with a pot of boiling water. 6Use baking soda to Deodorize sponges It can also deodorize dirty sponges so you can use them longer. Simply soak them in a baking soda and water solution for a few hours to get rid of gunk and odors. And since its natural, you don’t have worry about using the sponge on any eating surfaces. 7 Baking soda on a sponge or a damp cloth will work great for removing stains on kitchen worktops, Disinfecting and deodorizing a cutting board and removing food stuck on pots and pans. 8Get rid of pet urine Pet urine is usually acidic, which plays a role in its ability to produce a foul-smelling odor. Baking soda chemically has the ability to neutralize acidic substances and make them more alkaline, eliminating the odors Mix equal amounts of white vinegar and baking soda to create a runny paste. Apply the paste to the soiled carpet or furniture, let it sit for a few minutes, then sponge it up 9Baking soda Face defoliant The fine structure of baking soda granules makes it an ideal defoliant and stain remover, which means it's great at clearing up the dead skin cells, oil, and gunk that can accumulate in your pores. The fact that the grains also break down and dissolve as you scrub makes it great for sensitive types. But, as with deodorant, some store-bought defoliants contain chemicals and unnatural products that can harm your health and the environment. Luckily, baking soda can be easily mixed with a little water to make a great natural defoliant that’s safe for your skin 10 Baking soda to treat insect bites , it's also insect bite remedy. It's easy to make a baking soda paste that you can use in a similar manner to oatmeal paste. Mix one tablespoon of baking soda with just enough water to create a paste. Apply it to the bug bite for ten minutes before washing away. 11 Baking soda for splinters Use enough baking soda and water to get a thick paste. Apply it on the splinter and cover the spot with a bandage. From time to time remove the bandage to apply more of the mixture. Wait for an hour or even a day, depending on the depth of the splinter. You will be amazed to see how the splinter comes out by itself. 12Baking soda shower head cleaner Find a strong plastic bag that's large enough to fit around the showerhead. ... Mix 1/3 cup baking soda with 1 cup white vinegar in the bag. ... https://www.epicnaturalhealth.com/21-amazing-uses-benefits-beauty-tips-life-hacks-baking-soda/

Get Rid of Herpes-Simplex 1 and 2 FOREVER!!!

21:21
Get Rid of Herpes-Simplex 1 and 2 FOREVER!!! HSV Livestream Event In March: https://goo.gl/EDW43y More Information http://www.4cyclesoflife.com FaceBook: Kareem Herbalist Here at 4 Cycles of Life, we take the health of our supporters very seriously so that we provide the latest and most effective remedies. Today we talk about a problem faced by many—herpes. Herpes is a virus that attacks the body by forcing normal cells to replicate it. The virus, when active, destroys the host cell in the process causing inflammation and blisters. This disease is claimed to be without a cure, but Oregano oil has helped many people live life herpes free despite this claim. Oregano oil has shown more promise than even popular pharmaceuticals have, and continues to do more as studies continue. Herpes is transmitted by sexual or intimate contact through mucus membranes or openings in the skin. The virus lives within the cell nucleus and is therefore protected from antibiotic remedies; also, heavy metals that compromise cell structure provide a barrier for the herpes virus to hide behind. This makes the virus difficult for the body to respond to when the virus is latent or inactive. Oregano oil, along with other chemicals and methods to detoxify the body, have been proven to kill the herpes virus. Oregano directly destroys the virus once the heavy metals are removed from the body by powerful detoxifiers like cilantro, and wheat grass; however, the powerful compound Carvacrol in Oregano oil, when applied topically and orally has been shown to break through the cell membrane that the herpes virus may be hiding behind and destroy the virus from within the cell. It is well established that traditional medicine does not cure herpes, but only treats the symptoms. Oregano oil kills the virus, and along with a detoxing diet, eating living organic foods, pure water, sunlight, and positive thinking, nature will purge the body of this parasitic problem. 4 cycles of life has discovered a key element in fighting this ailment that many struggle with: finding pure, high quality Oregano oil. This factor is crucial in the success in fighting and winning against this disease, and we stand behind the research and success of our product; just any Oregano won’t do, and our research has shown us this. 4 Cycles of Life has a formula for those seeking remedy readily available. We use: Hyssop, 90% Wild Oregano, and Cilantro in Mediterranean Olive oil. To make your own concoction, use: oregano essential oil 10-16 drops of oregano to every two ounces of olive oil (in 2 ounce bottle) as a carrier. Then, percussion the mix 40-50 times. Take 2 drops under the tongue twice daily (take 2-3 hours prior or after any medications) For topical use, use cold pressed coconut oil on your finger as carrier with one drop of essential oil (10 milligrams) and rub on lower and mid spinal area twice daily. • Other essential things you must do are: sun gaze 3-4 times a week, 30 seconds for brown eyes, 1 minute for other colors during sunrise and sunset • Stop eating processed foods; don’t drink bottled water with BPA (bisphenol A) laden containers • Eat as raw as possible to preserve the healing enzymes and vitamins in foods; all foods should be organic if possible especially your cilantro • Manage stress to the best of your ability, especially your positive thinking During outbreaks, avoid sweets, dairy, nuts and fruit juices. When using the formula, more outbreaks may occur, but keep doing the regiment. You can use lemon balm (Melissa) for facial or genital blisters, 1 drop with Organic cold pressed coconut oil and apply to area. You can juice daily with a blended drink of green vegetables with coconut, rice, or hemp milk and Stevia as a sweetener. If you’re thinking of making money on amazon in 2018? and wanna make yourself financially free and make money on eCommerce platform, Then this video can help you understanding the basics of Amazon. I will talk about the structure of amazon, how amazon works, How to sell on amazon, How to market your product and lastly how to make money. So let’s just jump in. How to sell on amazon for beginners 2018? read more below WHAT IS AMAZON? We all know that we can buy stuff from amazon right? A lot of people believes that the products on amazon are actually owned by amazon. But that is not correct, Amazon is just a platform that other sellers use and amazon takes commission out of each sale. Amazon does have his own products like Echo and Alexa. But the main reason of amazon making more than 4.3 billion in 2017, is through other sellers. It’s very simple. You just put your product on amazon.com and Amazon deducts commission from each product that sells. Looks very easy right? But here is the reality. There are more than 2 million sellers on amazon, selling their products and competing with each other. Now here is the challenge, how can we get our piece of pie? How can we make money? How to sell on amazon fba a complete step by step guide: http://beginnertuts.net/how-to-sell-on-amazon-for-beginners-in-2018/ 1. UNDERSTANDING THE BASICS I saw a lot of people get excited too quickly and forgets to understand the basics of amazon. Which is very important for the beginners. There are 2 programs on amazon for the sellers 1. INDIVIDUAL SELLERS ACCOUNT 2. PROFESSIONAL SELLERS ACCOUNT how to sell on amazon individual account ? In Individual selling account, you just sign up as a seller and put your products on amazon through sellers dashboard. If your product sells, Amazon deducts some percentage from each sale and pay’s you the money after you ships item to the buyer. With Individual Selling Account, You can sell only 40 products or less from your sellers account. There are no monthly charges on this subscription. how to sell on amazon step by step: http://beginnertuts.net/how-to-sell-on-amazon-for-beginners-in-2018/ On the other hand, If you sign up for a professional plan. The monthly subscription fee is around $40 bucks a month with percentage on each product that sells. Now there are some benefits with this monthly plan. You can sell items through amazon prime. You can also do marketing for your products and track each sale and profit. how to sell on amazon prime: http://beginnertuts.net/how-to-sell-on-amazon-for-beginners-in-2018/ 2. UNDERSTANDING AMAZON PRIME how to make money on amazon ? But you need to understand this first. Prime is a program that runs by amazon. You just ships your product to amazon fulfillment centers, And they package and ships products to your buyer. They cover all customer service problems and other issues related to your product. So you can just sit home and relax. But this feature is only available with professional selling plan.selling on amazon could be hard for you. but don't worry check out the 3rd step. 3. UNDERSTANDING THE MARKETING TECHNIQUES FOR ( amazon sellers ) More than 90% sellers, who fail in their first 3 months is that they don’t know anything about the marketing. Marketing is the key of success on amazon for beginners. You can’t just put the product on amazon and wait for it to rank organically onto the results page. As i told you, 2 million sellers???? is not a small number. You need to understand the basics of SEO, Organic and paid marketing techniques. If you will ignore this step? then there is no place for your product on amazon catching eyeballs of users. Which takes me to the step number 4. how to sell stuff on amazon: http://beginnertuts.net/how-to-sell-on-amazon-for-beginners-in-2018/ 4. UNDERSTANDING THE BASICS OF SEO AND MARKETING SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. When you put the Title, Description and Tags into your listings. Amazon algorithm takes all the information from your product and ranks it on amazon. What is STRUCTURAL FOLD? What does STRUCTURAL FOLD mean? STRUCTURAL FOLD meaning & explanation

What is STRUCTURAL FOLD? What does STRUCTURAL FOLD mean? STRUCTURAL FOLD meaning - STRUCTURAL FOLD definition - STRUCTURAL FOLD explanation. SUBSCRIBE to our Google Earth flights channel - http://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6UuCPh7GrXznZi0Hz2YQnQ?sub_confirmation=1 Source: Wikipedia.org article, adapted under https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/ license. Structural folding is the network property of a cohesive group whose membership overlaps with that of another cohesive group. The idea reaches back to Georg Simmel's argument that individuality itself might be the product of unique intersection of network circles. It has been proposed that successful firms often cluster together in cohesive groups, as dense ties among the group members reduce transaction cost by providing a basis for trust and coordination amongst the firms. Cohesive ties also enable the firms to implement projects beyond their capacity and cushions them against great uncertainty However, another logic suggests that business groups might choose to forgo high density within the group in favour of maintaining some weaker ties to other firms outside the group. This way firms can reduce redundant ties and form long-distance links to other firms who can provide novel information to them. This logic rests on the assumption that the conservatizing strategy of in-group cohesion is maladaptive as it risks locking the businesses into early success and strategies, which in the absence of new information can easily become detrimental in a rapidly changing business environment. A third, different, strategy would be to combine the benefits of the previous two. Such solutions can be termed either “closure and brokerage” or “cohesion and connectivity” and the benefits of the complementarity of these distinctive network features is common to them, especially for entrepreneurship. Actors at structural folds are multiple insiders, benefiting from dense cohesive ties that provide familiarity with the operations of the members in their group. However, due to being part of more than one group they also have access to diverse information. This combination of familiarity and diversity facilitates innovation and creative success through recombining resources. Intercohesion is a distinctive network structure built from intersecting cohesive groups. It rests on the theoretical principle that cohesive group structures are not necessarily exclusive, but network structures can actually be cohesive and overlapping. This idea originates from Georg Simmel's who, in one of his works, argued that a person is often a member of more than one cohesive group in the same time, and these multiple group memberships are part of both individuation and social integration of the person. Intercohesion thus refers to mutually interpenetrating, cohesive structures, while the resulting distinctive network position at the intersection is a structural fold. As actors at structural folds can be considered multiple insiders, who benefit from both dense cohesive ties that provide familiarity with the operations of the members in their group and from access to non-redundant information, they are believed to be in a better position for innovation and creative success. Based on the Schumpeterian understanding of the term, entrepreneurship is conceptualised as knowledge production through recombination, rather than just importing new ideas. Thus, actors at structural folds occupy a privileged position for successful innovation and creativity. On the one hand, they are part of a cohesive group that provides deeply familiar access to knowledge bases and productive resources, which are essential for generative recombination. On the other hand, they also have the opportunity to interact across different groups and have access to a diverse set of sources, which are also considered key for innovative recombination of already existing resource. Vedres and Stark (2010) in their study indeed found that structural folding contributed to higher performance of business groups....

Globalization I - The Upside: Crash Course World History #41

11:51
In which John Green teaches you about globalization, a subject so epic, so, um, global, it requires two videos. In this video, John follows the surprisingly complex path of t-shirt as it criss-crosses the world before coming to rest on your doorstep, and eventually in your dresser. (Unless you're one of those people who never puts their laundry away and lives out of a laundry basket. If that's the case, shame on you.) Anyway, the story of the t-shirt and its manufacture in far-flung places like China, Guatemala, and India is a microcosm of what's going on in the global economy. Globalization is a bit of a mixed bag, and there have definitely been winners and losers along the way. In this episode John will talk about some of the benefits that have come along with it. Next week, he'll get into some of the less-positive side effects of globalization. Also, you should turn on the captions.
