Launching Your Product: Here's What To Do Before Anything Else
Join Online Business Mastery Accelerator: https://www.onlinebusinessmasteryaccelerator.com/ In this video I share with you a process for launching your product. Here’s what to do before anything else. The purpose of a product launch is to drive traffic and sales to your online business, so that it can grow and thrive. Launching a new product is a great way to attract new customers, but it takes time to plan and execute. Many entrepreneurs feel the need to promote their products right away, and end up rushing the process. The result can be disastrous. In the words of David Ramsey, "People are in such a hurry to launch their product that they seldom look at marketing from a bird's eye view and they don't create a systematic plan." A successful product launch starts with a great strategy, and I'm here to walk you through it. Are you ready to learn the step-by-step process for launching your product? Product Launch Planning - How To Plan Your Launch From Start To Finish
http://www.TurnKeyProductLaunch.com In this video you'll be learning how to do your product launch planning from start to finish so the first phase is your pre-pre-launch this is the market research phase and the first thing you do a survey list which hopefully have anything don't have a list you should be building a paperclip or finding joint venture partners you need to browse Amazon book reviews and you take the positive comments as things that you should address as benefits in your product and you take the negative comments and you reverse engineer them as benefits or things you address your product. So if someone says they hate how complex all these are this book is a these instructions are the niche you should make a note that the instructions are very easy and simple if all this is also the phase where you design your product based on the market research you've done so that info product obviously abusing the information you get from the reviews to design an effective physical product then you should be spending time on the phone with a customer asked him what he liked what do you life would ask and answer the service so that's easy doing in your research phase also you want to identify your hopes and your story was something that you say it can get people to pay attention to what you and the young pitching them in disguise so identify the strong hook and also identify the story because story selling is the most powerful spell at selling tool you've got a guy find either a case study oral real life example or maybe share your stories he how that fits in with the marketplace research on how you can solve their problems This is also the phase we are going to gather proof elements no proof no watch meeting you have the proof you have a sales so figure out if you can get case studies from people that buy your service if you can get testimonials or if you can find similar results from a product or service that similar to yours and asset-based point if you you don't have anything services you need to find some proof elements and therefore should a map of your time like what are you going to release what an e-mail dated letting people get what are some just another rough outline the next phase is of course the prelaunch so what is going to be your shot across the bow this is your late in the something's coming so what what sort of take it or you hate at ask you that survey surfing next is what is the content you're going to give away this needs to be your best content but it needs to be relevant to the market pain see this is reason a lot of time thinking about what is it that you want to give away and then you got make sure that you give away the right 50% That give away 50% is something I learned from Eben Pagan and he says you give away 50% but give away the right 50% and that's what user market research for the next is of course planning out the mental triggers you're going to use scarcity social proof commitment and consistency authority stories take away sale controversy being interesting reciprocity giving people a reason why can people a reason to like you credibility character celebrity and a being interesting sort of thing anticipation of being specific example using the motion anchoring transferring all these things are mental triggers and you can't figure out which ones you want to use and when the next phases courses launch legal live in your sales pages up and you're taking orders you've got a plan what your core offer is going to be 80% of the success of your sales page comes down to the right offer so what is the right offer well again it goes back to the pre-prelaunch planning when you're researching the emotional hot buttons and you're figuring out what people like and don't like and you putting in emotional terms of they can understand using their language. Medical Affairs Launch Planning CEI 2016
Medical affairs is on the front lines of a product launch, raising awareness, educating stakeholders and all-around readying the healthcare community. As such, medical affairs is a cornerstone of product success, and it can no longer take a backseat in planning product launches. Join us for a discussion about different structures teams may use to plan medical affairs launch strategies. We’ll also explore important factors to consider when planning launch activities and how to prioritize different medical affairs functions. Finally, we’ll zero in on a few key performance indicators (KPIs) to help your medical affairs team set the scene for product success. There are six key factors to consider when building a strategy. First, the target patient population. Who are your patients? Are they elderly or pediatric? What are their main needs? Different patient populations will need varying types of information and medical affairs activities. Similarly, what does the thought leader landscape look like? What are the HCPs' main interests and problems regarding your product? And, are there a few key HCPs who influence many, or are there numerous KOLs various opinions and levels of influence? Alongside this, the therapeutic area is crucial. What is the disease burden, the current level of education and the existing treatment options? Rare disease products will have very different strategies than blockbuster products, as we'll see later. Also important in devising strategy is what competitor products and treatments are like. Medical affairs teams may base many of their messages off the differences between their products and existing therapies. Finally, there are two other factors that also come into play. One is the regulatory environment: what's on-label and off-label? What new indications do you expect in the future? Also, what are the recommended standards for how your product is prescribed? And, finally, payer interests. Health economics has become critical to product success, and many companies place HEOR in the hands of medical affairs. As a result, payer concerns and health economics data will drive Phase 4 trial strategies as well as medical publications and MSL conversations - just to name a few. So, now that we've laid out the key factors, let's take a closer look. #MedAffairsRoadmap

The Lean Startup - 5 Keys to a Successful Minimum Viable Product Launch
A month ago I launched a new product - a new Minimum Viable Product. I learned a lot: here are the 5 things you need to know. Grab your FREE Cheat Sheet: http://bit.ly/lean-startup-cheatsheet In today's video, five keys to a successful Minimum Viable Product Launch: - 1. Launch before _____ _____ - 2. There are more ______ _____ than you think - 3. Launch to a _______ _______ - 4. Be ready to make _______ ______ - 5. Remember that it’s an ________ → SUBSCRIBE for a NEW EPISODE every WEDNESDAY: http://www.DevelopmentThatPays.com/-/subscribe ------------------- 108. The Lean Startup - 5 Keys to a Successful Minimum Viable Product Launch So you’re planning to launch a product A Minimum Viable Product Excellent. A New Course ------- Just over a month ago, our adventure into Lean - that’s “Lean” as in “The Lean Startup” - reached an interesting stage. I launched a product. A Minimum Viable Product. The “Course of Some Kind” crystalised into “Scrum vs Kanban - the Mini-course”. Here are FIVE things that I learned along the way: 1: Launch before you’re ready ----- Are you the kind of person that hears "Done Is Better Than Perfect" or “Shipping beats perfection” and thinks: “Really Are you sure ” If so, you’re in good company. “Hello. My name is Gary. I’m perfectionist.” October was hell for me. My task was take existing material and to repurpose it into a mini-course. That doesn’t sound like a recipe for torment. But the more I worked on the course, the less I liked it. I wanted to rip it up and start again. If this sounds like you, then take a note from Reid Hoffman, founder of LinkedIn "If You're Not Embarrassed By The First Version Of Your Product, You’ve Launched Too Late" So pick and date. And launch. Before you’re ready. Bonus Tip: Set things up so that the date can’t be moved. I wrote the launch into an episode of Development that Pays. At that point, I was committed! 2: Remember that there are more moving parts than you think. ---- Your focus will the on the product. That’s only natural. But a product won’t launch itself. You’re going to need plumbing. I had my three videos. I also had an email service capable of sending time-delayed emails. Three videos. Three emails. Simples. But it’s probably not a great idea to send people direct to the video: each should be on its own page... And I’m going to need a form - so that people can sign up... And the form is going to need page to “live on”... And…. I think you get the message :) 3: Launch to a limited audience ---- Although it’s important to launch before you’re ready, you don’t have to be damn fool about it; not everyone has to see your “warts and all” version. So launch… but make it a soft launch. Wikipedia defines a soft launch as “a preview release of a product or service to a limited audience prior to the general public”. In the case of the “Scrum vs Kanban the Mini Course”, I “hid” the announcement in a “regular” Development That Pays episode: only people that watched one particular episode all the way to the 4 and half minute mark got the link. 4 - Be ready to make running repairs ----- Launch day rolls around. You push the Big Green Button, and breath a sigh of relief. But don’t relax too much! To paraphrase Mickey Rouke’s character in Body Heat: “You got fifty ways you're gonna * up. If you think of twenty-five of them, then you're a genius... and you ain't no genius.” Well you may be you are a genius. I am not. A genius would not have…. wasn’t expecting to told that one of my videos had TWO audio tracks. - A genius would not have I wasn’t expecting requests for the second lesson on day one. So expect things to go wrong… and be at the ready to make running repairs. 5 - Remember that it’s an experiment ---- It bares repeating: Remember that it’s an Experiment*. This one cuts two ways: It’s a reminder not to over-egg the pudding. This is a Minimum Viable Product, not a Final Perfect Product. It’s also a reminder to measure. Your Minimum Viable Product is part of the Build Measure Learn loop. And if you don’t measure, you won’t learn. Recap ---- In summary: Launch before you’re ready There are more moving parts that you think Launch to a limited audience Be ready to make running repairs Remember that it’s an experiment https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ark3b6d5i6A&list=PLngnoZX8cAn_vCE1plk4xhTWfJfvKEWs8

How I Finally Pulled Off a Successful Launch (after many failed attempts)
The first time I launched, I made zero sales. In fact, I made zero sales the 2nd time too. I finally made ONE sale on my third launch... What Toyota did for Lean Manufacturing, Dassault Systèmes is doing for Project Delivery... Lean Project Delivery is a framework for removing waste and maximizing value. In the Design & Construction Industry, there is still much rework in data collection and model re-creation as the project flows from the definition or programming phase to design and beyond. This is due in, large part, to the disparate file types, formats, and databases. What is needed is an integrated data model where there is a single version of the truth and all stakeholders and applications operate, contribute to, on the same set of information. Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE Platform is a lean project delivery environment in which interactions and contributions are made visible and persistent over time. To "go see" providing an integrated data-model platform as the first step in eliminating waste and adopting a lean process. This is the first of many Advance2000 Cloud University Webinars where we will look at Dassault Systèmes' AEC software platform called "3D Experience". While their entire construction supply chain of applications is coming online, the first major application available now is "Building Space Planning". This is where it all starts-in the requirements or programming phase. Industry Expert Speakers: • James Kotronis, Principal, Kotronis Consulting • Chris France, Advance2000 President & AEC Industry Leader

My #1 Secret To More Effective Planning
If you’ve ever heard, schedule it or it won’t happen (and laughed) - this is for you. I know many people (including myself) who have put things on the calendar, launches, new product ideas, upcoming promotions, webinars...and then they still didn’t happen. If you find yourself making big launch plans and not following through, then you might start feeling like planning is pointless. So you stop doing it. You decide to do things “organically” and by the seat of your pants. So, let me lay out my #1 secret so you can get off this site and back to making your ideas a reality. I call it - the revisit and revision planning. But you might also know it as scrum. Supply Chain Digest Cool New Product of the Month - Logility Voyager Proportional Profile Planning
Dan Gilmore of Supply Chain Digest recently recorded his views on Logility's latest product launch, Voyager Proportional Profile Planning. According to Gilmore, "Logility has smartly addressed a major challenge in Demand Planning: how to quickly and accurately forecast the sometimes dozens of 'sub-SKUs' that might be available under a base SKU or model." Logility Voyager Solutions Proportional Profile Planning™ simplifies SKU-level planning for products where traditional demand planning techniques are ineffective. These challenges may exist when the SKU count is too large for individual interaction with each one, where the unique configurations of items have sporadic demand yet the family level plan is very predictable or when the final product specifications are not defined when a sourcing commitment must be made. Voyager Proportional Profile Planning simplifies the complex process of forecasting future demand for each product by modeling the historical patterns of items with similar attributes. Planners are now able to gain visibility of a more accurate supply, sourcing and production plan earlier in the product life cycle, quickly adjust product assortments based on the stage of a product life cycle, selling season or replenishment period, and reduce the noise in the end-to-end supply chain planning process to connect the high-level demand plan to the detailed sourcing and production plan. Product attributes include a wide variety of characteristics such as finish, style, color, size, gender, region, speed, power, material type, trim level, and configuration. The complexity inherent in projecting demand calculations down through these multiple layers of product attributes has prevented many companies from disaggregating higher-level demand plans down to specific go-to-market plans. Some companies have attempted to solve this problem by developing offline spreadsheets, a lengthy and error-prone process where SKUs can easily number in the thousands or hundreds of thousands.

DBJ Product Launch - Minister of Finance & Planning | #VTA #CEF #IGNITE
Minister of Finance Dr. Peter Phillips launched a new project and re-launch two others aimed at Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises on October 21, 2015 at the Knutsford Court Hotel. The Development Bank of Jamaica will administer all three projects that are designed to give MSMEs financial and business capacity support. The Innovation Grant from New Ideas to Entrepreneurship (IGNITE) will fund promising new business ideas, the Credit Enhancement Facility (CEF) offers partial guarantees to lenders so MSMEs can get financing, and the Voucher for Technical Assistance (VTA) gives entrepreneurs access to technical services. The CEF and the VTA are existing programmes that have been improved. These programmes are intended to help businesses overcome the main obstacles of growth in this market. These have been identified as access to affordable capital and lack of technical capacity. The DBJ is aggressively addressing these issues and it has assumed a robust role in advancing the Government’s growth agenda. More recently, the Bank’s strategy has evolved into being a catalyst for economic growth and development while building an ecosystem that is user friendly for business and offers support in key areas. “We are doing this in a deliberate and targeted way,” says Managing Directory Milverton Reynolds. “We are offering incentives to business, including a legal framework. We are showing Approved Financial Institutions how to respond to small business, and we see success from our collaboration,” he explained. The IGNITE project is DBJ’s newest option for start-ups, supporting their development and commercialization of their innovations. The CEF addresses the recurring challenge of inadequate collateral for many businesses in Jamaica. The VTA helps MSMEs build capacity so they can expand and improve their access to loan financing. The DBJ’s General Manager of Strategic Services Division Claudine Tracey will present the products to key business leaders, entrepreneurs and other business support institutions.
