Product Launch Planning - How To Plan Your Launch From Start To Finish
http://www.TurnKeyProductLaunch.com In this video you'll be learning how to do your product launch planning from start to finish so the first phase is your pre-pre-launch this is the market research phase and the first thing you do a survey list which hopefully have anything don't have a list you should be building a paperclip or finding joint venture partners you need to browse Amazon book reviews and you take the positive comments as things that you should address as benefits in your product and you take the negative comments and you reverse engineer them as benefits or things you address your product. So if someone says they hate how complex all these are this book is a these instructions are the niche you should make a note that the instructions are very easy and simple if all this is also the phase where you design your product based on the market research you've done so that info product obviously abusing the information you get from the reviews to design an effective physical product then you should be spending time on the phone with a customer asked him what he liked what do you life would ask and answer the service so that's easy doing in your research phase also you want to identify your hopes and your story was something that you say it can get people to pay attention to what you and the young pitching them in disguise so identify the strong hook and also identify the story because story selling is the most powerful spell at selling tool you've got a guy find either a case study oral real life example or maybe share your stories he how that fits in with the marketplace research on how you can solve their problems This is also the phase we are going to gather proof elements no proof no watch meeting you have the proof you have a sales so figure out if you can get case studies from people that buy your service if you can get testimonials or if you can find similar results from a product or service that similar to yours and asset-based point if you you don't have anything services you need to find some proof elements and therefore should a map of your time like what are you going to release what an e-mail dated letting people get what are some just another rough outline the next phase is of course the prelaunch so what is going to be your shot across the bow this is your late in the something's coming so what what sort of take it or you hate at ask you that survey surfing next is what is the content you're going to give away this needs to be your best content but it needs to be relevant to the market pain see this is reason a lot of time thinking about what is it that you want to give away and then you got make sure that you give away the right 50% That give away 50% is something I learned from Eben Pagan and he says you give away 50% but give away the right 50% and that's what user market research for the next is of course planning out the mental triggers you're going to use scarcity social proof commitment and consistency authority stories take away sale controversy being interesting reciprocity giving people a reason why can people a reason to like you credibility character celebrity and a being interesting sort of thing anticipation of being specific example using the motion anchoring transferring all these things are mental triggers and you can't figure out which ones you want to use and when the next phases courses launch legal live in your sales pages up and you're taking orders you've got a plan what your core offer is going to be 80% of the success of your sales page comes down to the right offer so what is the right offer well again it goes back to the pre-prelaunch planning when you're researching the emotional hot buttons and you're figuring out what people like and don't like and you putting in emotional terms of they can understand using their language. The Lean Startup - 5 Keys to a Successful Minimum Viable Product Launch
A month ago I launched a new product - a new Minimum Viable Product. I learned a lot: here are the 5 things you need to know. Grab your FREE Cheat Sheet: http://bit.ly/lean-startup-cheatsheet In today's video, five keys to a successful Minimum Viable Product Launch: - 1. Launch before _____ _____ - 2. There are more ______ _____ than you think - 3. Launch to a _______ _______ - 4. Be ready to make _______ ______ - 5. Remember that it’s an ________ → SUBSCRIBE for a NEW EPISODE every WEDNESDAY: http://www.DevelopmentThatPays.com/-/subscribe ------------------- 108. The Lean Startup - 5 Keys to a Successful Minimum Viable Product Launch So you’re planning to launch a product A Minimum Viable Product Excellent. A New Course ------- Just over a month ago, our adventure into Lean - that’s “Lean” as in “The Lean Startup” - reached an interesting stage. I launched a product. A Minimum Viable Product. The “Course of Some Kind” crystalised into “Scrum vs Kanban - the Mini-course”. Here are FIVE things that I learned along the way: 1: Launch before you’re ready ----- Are you the kind of person that hears "Done Is Better Than Perfect" or “Shipping beats perfection” and thinks: “Really Are you sure ” If so, you’re in good company. “Hello. My name is Gary. I’m perfectionist.” October was hell for me. My task was take existing material and to repurpose it into a mini-course. That doesn’t sound like a recipe for torment. But the more I worked on the course, the less I liked it. I wanted to rip it up and start again. If this sounds like you, then take a note from Reid Hoffman, founder of LinkedIn "If You're Not Embarrassed By The First Version Of Your Product, You’ve Launched Too Late" So pick and date. And launch. Before you’re ready. Bonus Tip: Set things up so that the date can’t be moved. I wrote the launch into an episode of Development that Pays. At that point, I was committed! 2: Remember that there are more moving parts than you think. ---- Your focus will the on the product. That’s only natural. But a product won’t launch itself. You’re going to need plumbing. I had my three videos. I also had an email service capable of sending time-delayed emails. Three videos. Three emails. Simples. But it’s probably not a great idea to send people direct to the video: each should be on its own page... And I’m going to need a form - so that people can sign up... And the form is going to need page to “live on”... And…. I think you get the message :) 3: Launch to a limited audience ---- Although it’s important to launch before you’re ready, you don’t have to be damn fool about it; not everyone has to see your “warts and all” version. So launch… but make it a soft launch. Wikipedia defines a soft launch as “a preview release of a product or service to a limited audience prior to the general public”. In the case of the “Scrum vs Kanban the Mini Course”, I “hid” the announcement in a “regular” Development That Pays episode: only people that watched one particular episode all the way to the 4 and half minute mark got the link. 4 - Be ready to make running repairs ----- Launch day rolls around. You push the Big Green Button, and breath a sigh of relief. But don’t relax too much! To paraphrase Mickey Rouke’s character in Body Heat: “You got fifty ways you're gonna * up. If you think of twenty-five of them, then you're a genius... and you ain't no genius.” Well you may be you are a genius. I am not. A genius would not have…. wasn’t expecting to told that one of my videos had TWO audio tracks. - A genius would not have I wasn’t expecting requests for the second lesson on day one. So expect things to go wrong… and be at the ready to make running repairs. 5 - Remember that it’s an experiment ---- It bares repeating: Remember that it’s an Experiment*. This one cuts two ways: It’s a reminder not to over-egg the pudding. This is a Minimum Viable Product, not a Final Perfect Product. It’s also a reminder to measure. Your Minimum Viable Product is part of the Build Measure Learn loop. And if you don’t measure, you won’t learn. Recap ---- In summary: Launch before you’re ready There are more moving parts that you think Launch to a limited audience Be ready to make running repairs Remember that it’s an experiment https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ark3b6d5i6A&list=PLngnoZX8cAn_vCE1plk4xhTWfJfvKEWs8

[Part 1] How to Plan Your First Product Launch
http://suitcaseentrepreneur.com/lifestyle-business-videos/launch-planning/ It's a New Year and I'm sure you have grand plans to do all sorts of wonderful things that you've never done before. One of those might be launching your first product. If it is then today's video is especially for you. This is Part One of a four part video series on launching a product or service throughout this month. The very first dollars I made in business were from a digital program I launched after running a series of physical workshops on using Social Media for your business. I launched it by running webinar with a whopping 30 people attending live and I made ONE sale after putting in hours of work turning it all into an online program. But man was that one sale exciting to get that! I went on to to make over $1500 during that launch, and then launched my first eBook and later a high-end mastermind and coaching program for women entrepreneurs with Natalie MacNeil that made us US$40,000 during our first launch (more than the entire year's salary I made in my first ever job). Last year I launched, not only my Suitcase Entrepreneur book but 4 other digital products as well as The Highflyer Club! http://suitcaseentrepreneur.com/highflyerclub/apply With EVERY single launch I've learned so much about what you should and shouldn't do that actually works. The key part I've found, is always in the planning. That's what this video is all about. In this video, you'll learn: Why planning is so important to your product launch Why shipping it will ensure you actually launch! Two critical questions you need to answer before you even get started Types of products you can launch and resources you'll need Phase One - Planning As the saying goes, "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail." And in the case of product launches it's very true. One of the most important parts of the planning phase is that you... Commit to ship. If you love Seth Godin like I do, you've heard him talk a lot about shipping your product --even with flaws. You can't wait until it's perfect. You'll never launch! The problem for most people is that they have a ton of ideas but don't actually get them out the door. But here's the thing: There is always going to be something you could have done better, and you will do it better the next time. So when you're planning, set a date and STICK TO IT. Commit to ship. If you have trouble staying on task, ask for some help. Hire a coach or launch strategist, or join a Mastermind to keep you on track and support you along the way.

Fast Frame of the Week – 3 Keys to a Successful Product Launch
Three minutes of advice from Clint Poole, the CMO and SVP of Marketing for Lionbridge, on how he teamed with his peers in product and sales to launch a game-changing new product. Our guest on SBI TV’s Fast Frame is Clint Poole, the CMO and SVP of Marketing for Lionbridge. Clint is here to share how he teamed with his peers in product and sales to launch a game-changing new product offering with a high degree of speed to market and success. To go deeper, leverage SBI’s How to Make Your Number in 2018 PDF Workbook and turn to the Product Launch and Messaging Phase beginning on page 137. To download the full transcript in a word document, review this link below: https://salesbenchmarkindex.com/tools-and-solutions/how-to-make-your-number-in-2018-workbook Successfully launching new products is at the heart of what a head of marketing must be able to do successfully, and Clint has been highly successful in bringing new products to market for Lionbridge. Clint discusses his three most critical keys to success that a CMO must prioritize to achieve a successful launch of a major new product. Watch as Clint answers questions regarding the launch of his OnDemand product, which was a major game-changer in his industry, with an overview of how the product was created, how it fits within the market, and at what point marketing was utilized to prepare for the product’s launch. Matt and Clint discuss these three keys to creating, launching, and successfully marketing a new product: “To me, there’s three pillars that have driven our success and other marketers who I’ve seen to be successful. So, the first is, to be customer-centric in your planning. Whether it be product development planning, product launch planning, and messaging. That sounds trite, but it’s fundamental to put the customer at the center of your marketing strategy. Obtain deep customer insights from product marketing or customer marketing, however your organization is structured. Then, keep the customer at the center of all of your planning and development processes, and 9 times out of 10, you’re going to have accuracy in your go-to-market efforts.” The second is to do everything with an agile approach. The day of long-cycle planning and launch, I think, is over. I think there’s so many variables that are impacting what we do today, and we have tools with digital marketing that enable us to course-correct on the fly. Campaign planning, messaging development, go-to-market with sales should be done with an agile approach. Weekly sprints, month-long campaign cycles and lots of stand-up meetings to find out what’s happening using the digital insights, and of course, the human insights from the team that’s interacting in the field. If you decide that you want to work in an agile environment and hold everybody accountable, that’s how the teams operate. And they very quickly get into that sync, and they very quickly see the benefit of it, so it’s not hard to sell. Everyone’s more successful and more accurate, and they’re of course part of this engaged team, which always feels like winning. And when people feel like their winning, they work harder. And the last is, for any marketing effort, is a tight integration with the sales organization. B2B marketing should be the greatest enabler of sales today. That is our role. Marketing drives revenue for the organization through the sales organization and I’ve been fortunate to be a part of sales organizations that understand the symbiotic relationship. Because of that, we’ve developed these strong, tight-knit engagements. It’s not that you’re just fueling their success and therefore the company’s success — As a marketer, you’re getting all these insights and data from analytics, and sales give you the human element to augment that data and really understand what’s happening because they’re talking to the customers every day. And between the two sources, you get it right 9 times out of 10.” The concept of customer-centricity mentioned in the first key is obvious, but so often missed. This first step should be focused on ‘What is the market problem? What’s the job to be done,’ if you will, that your customers can’t get something done right now, that if you put something in front of them that can accomplish that then you have the key in knowing what is required for success.

Medical Affairs Launch Planning CEI 2016
Medical affairs is on the front lines of a product launch, raising awareness, educating stakeholders and all-around readying the healthcare community. As such, medical affairs is a cornerstone of product success, and it can no longer take a backseat in planning product launches. Join us for a discussion about different structures teams may use to plan medical affairs launch strategies. We’ll also explore important factors to consider when planning launch activities and how to prioritize different medical affairs functions. Finally, we’ll zero in on a few key performance indicators (KPIs) to help your medical affairs team set the scene for product success. There are six key factors to consider when building a strategy. First, the target patient population. Who are your patients? Are they elderly or pediatric? What are their main needs? Different patient populations will need varying types of information and medical affairs activities. Similarly, what does the thought leader landscape look like? What are the HCPs' main interests and problems regarding your product? And, are there a few key HCPs who influence many, or are there numerous KOLs various opinions and levels of influence? Alongside this, the therapeutic area is crucial. What is the disease burden, the current level of education and the existing treatment options? Rare disease products will have very different strategies than blockbuster products, as we'll see later. Also important in devising strategy is what competitor products and treatments are like. Medical affairs teams may base many of their messages off the differences between their products and existing therapies. Finally, there are two other factors that also come into play. One is the regulatory environment: what's on-label and off-label? What new indications do you expect in the future? Also, what are the recommended standards for how your product is prescribed? And, finally, payer interests. Health economics has become critical to product success, and many companies place HEOR in the hands of medical affairs. As a result, payer concerns and health economics data will drive Phase 4 trial strategies as well as medical publications and MSL conversations - just to name a few. So, now that we've laid out the key factors, let's take a closer look. #MedAffairsRoadmap

Nail Your Product Launch and Blow Your Number Away
Does your revenue growth goal include an assumption for a yet to be released product? If the answer is yes, then the launch of this new product is critical to your success. Andrew Wright, the vice president of design at Cypress Semiconductor recently spoke with SBI about this topic. At Cypress Andrew is responsible for bringing in new business, from concept to profitability. Watch as he shares his expertise on planning, and executing a new product launch. Andrew will begin the show by explaining how he sets his launch goals. He’ll discuss why at Cypress this is all about forecasting volume, and understanding the target customers. Next, he’ll dive into how he prepares the entire company for the new product launch. He’ll discuss Cypress’ multi-phase approach to the launch process, and specifically the steps they take to equip their sales team. He will also explain how he identifies potential launch risks early in the process through a concept called rapid sequential phase gating. We will wrap up the show by discussing the launch execution. Andrew will dive into who inside the organization should drive the direction of the launch. Additionally, he’ll cover topics such as sales compensation and how he determines if the launch requires a change is the sales incentive plan. And, finally, he’ll explain how to track success compared to launch expectations.

The Wait is Over: CATIA Buildings Space Planning and Collaboration Product Launch! Webinar
What Toyota did for Lean Manufacturing, Dassault Systèmes is doing for Project Delivery... Lean Project Delivery is a framework for removing waste and maximizing value. In the Design & Construction Industry, there is still much rework in data collection and model re-creation as the project flows from the definition or programming phase to design and beyond. This is due in, large part, to the disparate file types, formats, and databases. What is needed is an integrated data model where there is a single version of the truth and all stakeholders and applications operate, contribute to, on the same set of information. Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE Platform is a lean project delivery environment in which interactions and contributions are made visible and persistent over time. To "go see" providing an integrated data-model platform as the first step in eliminating waste and adopting a lean process. This is the first of many Advance2000 Cloud University Webinars where we will look at Dassault Systèmes' AEC software platform called "3D Experience". While their entire construction supply chain of applications is coming online, the first major application available now is "Building Space Planning". This is where it all starts-in the requirements or programming phase. Industry Expert Speakers: • James Kotronis, Principal, Kotronis Consulting • Chris France, Advance2000 President & AEC Industry Leader

New Xiaomi Mi Store, Chennai, Will these Mi Products launch in India?
This is New Xiaomi Mi Store, Chennai. Here you get to see new products not launched in India, will these new products be launched in India? Xiaomi launched another Mi Home Experience store in Chennai. The New Mi Home store is different, a lot different cause here you will be able to experience products that are not available / not launched in India. Also watch ========== Xiaomi Mijia Smart Shoes review - Rs. 3000 to Rs. 5000 = https://youtu.be/uFkzJlIbeMA Xiaomi Mi Smart Weight Scale review in Hindi - really smart! = https://youtu.be/4VUUTjZxFSk Xiaomi Mi LED Smart TV 4 review (Hindi) - bahut badhiya TV hai! Rs. 39,999 = https://youtu.be/2WX0eybUhWs Not only this in fact all new Mi Home Stores that will be launched in future (Xiaomi is planning to open 100 such Mi Stores by end of 2018) will showcase products that are not launched / available in India but have already been launched in the Chinese markets. At these Mi Home Stores customers will be able to view all the products launched by Xiaomi in India, experience them and buy from there if need be. Do check the video of the Newly launched Mi Home experience / store in Chennai and in the video I have shown all the products that were showcased, launched in China but not yet available in India. Here are the list of unique products that for now is not available / launched in India, but you can experience the same at Mi Home Store, Chennai. Mi Electric Scooter, this one comes with double braking system and the battery on a full charge can ride you for 30km. Ninebot Plus is another self balancing scooter that will ride for 35Kms on a full charge - check the video for more info. Highly unlikely that these scooters will launch in India. Then there was the Mi Rice cooker, I actually have one and will come up with the review soon. Mi Robot Vacuum cleaner, Mi Smart Weigh Scale, Mi Smart Shoes, Mi iHealth blood pressure monitor, Mi Electric Kettle, Mi Suite case, Mi Car Purifier, Mi Smart LED lamp, Mi Bedside Lamp, Mi Smart Toothbrush, Mi Water Purifier and Mi laptops were the unique products showcased. The idea is to show / let user experience products that have been launched in China and based on user feedback after seeing the products, Xiaomi will decided if the said product should be launched in India or not.
