One of the strangest days iv ever had! I have phoned the police and they have no record of this event happening...... what do you guys think? RAF Rudloe Manor is known as "Britain's Area 51" since declassified secret files released at the National Archives indicated the site was the centre for UFO investigations in the 1950s. The wider site continued as both a communications hub and home of various administrative units. No.1 Signals Unit was established to manage all UK terrestrial communications infrastructure for the RAF. With the launch of the UK Satellite Communications System, Skynet, in the late 1960s, the site of Controller Defence Communications Network (CDCN) was established. A spacecraft operations centre was established by 1001 Signals Unit, the spacecraft operations organisation, on a small enclave within the site, known as Hawthorn. The headquarters of the RAF Provost and Security Service (P&SS) was established nearby, although on the closure of the station it moved to RAF Henlow. RAF Rudloe Manor was the location of Headquarters Southern Area Royal Observer Corps (ROC) from 1952 until 1980, when it was relocated to Lansdownnear Bath. Co-located with the ROC was Headquarters Southern Sector United Kingdom Warning and Monitoring Organisation, responsible for the now-defunct four-minute warning in the event of nuclear attack during the Cold War. The manor house, built in the late 17th century, was designated as Grade II* listed in 1985. The site was adjacent to Basil Hill Barracks, the Headquarters of No. 2 Signal Brigade, HMS Royal Arthur and the Royal Naval Stores Depot (RNSD) Copenacre. The station was closed in 2000. The Defence Communication Services Agency (DCSA) took responsibility for the sites, and was reorganised into the Information Systems & Services cluster in 2008. Secret Hidden Tunnel Exploration Shanklin Isle of Wight (Derelict places UK) Secret Underground Cave
Derelict places uk: Abandoned tunnel exploration Isle of Wight, secret tunnel hidden in the woods on the outskirts of Shanklin. Date of Visit: 18-05-2016 The tunnel is surprisingly long at the end of the bricked section it leads into a cave opening. The cave section goes on for approx 30m and then unfortunately comes to a dead end. Its thought to be a borehole built by the Victorians. Just beneath this tunnel is another (unfortunately still sealed) which I have been told leads to a large underground well. There are pipes within this tunnel which look as though they feed through to the other tunnel below. I haven't edited down the footage to give a representation of just how long this is. The footage of the cave section is not particularly good, it was extremely difficult to film in this section and there was significant waterfall.. The tunnel had been sealed for quite sometime however fortunately I was tipped off that someone has very kindly ground the lock off. This is not likely to stay open for long, please be aware it is very wet and muddy inside with several hidden pits. ****UPDATE 24-05-16**** This has now been re-sealed :( I would not advise taking any gear in that is not weather sealed, you WILL get it wet and muddy, and mind out for the bats ;) Gear used: Sony a7s full frame mirrorless camera system. Lens used: Sony 16mm E mount with Fisheye adaptor. Gimbal shots shot with the Nebula 4000 Lite. Last shot made with Panasonic GH4 (as its weather sealed) Edited in Adobe Premier Pro CC 2015 Graded with VisionColor OSIRIS M31 Lut Music Created (by me) with FL Studio 9 using Absynth 5 plugins. Bunkers are mostly underground, compared to blockhouses which are mostly above ground. They were used extensively in World War I, World War II, and the Cold War for weapons facilities, command and control centers, and storage facilities (for example, in the event of nuclear war). Bunkers can also be used as protection from tornadoes. Trench bunkers are small concrete structures, partly dug into the ground. Many artillery installations, especially for coastal artillery, have historically been protected by extensive bunker systems. Typical industrial bunkers include mining sites, food storage areas, dumps for materials, data storage, and sometimes living quarters. When a house is purpose-built with a bunker, the normal location is a reinforced below-ground bathroom with fibre-reinforced plastic shells. Bunkers deflect the blast wave from nearby explosions to prevent ear and internal injuries to people sheltering in the bunker. Nuclear bunkers must also cope with the underpressure that lasts for several seconds after the shock wave passes, and block radiation. A bunker's door must be at least as strong as the walls. In bunkers inhabited for prolonged periods, large amounts of ventilation or air conditioning must be provided. Bunkers can be destroyed with powerful explosives and bunker-busting warheads.

And having done all this, it should all change in the next couple of years in 2020, when brand new driverless trains come onto the system, and the whole subway is upgraded again! Read about that here: http://www.spt.co.uk/subway/modernisation/ Note: This video not paid for or sponsored by SPT, but they did kindly give me filming permission - many thanks! 10 SECRET Google Earth Places You're NOT Allowed To See
Top 10 censored and banned locations on google maps Subscribe to our channel: http://goo.gl/9CwQhg For copyright matters please contact us at: [email protected] Other Videos You Might Like 10 Unusual Kids Summer Camps You Don't Believe Exist https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iyyAl7cFPmU The Most Dangerous Places Tourists Should Never Visit https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lsjbBZX56VI Description: One of the most incredible innovations that have come from the digital age is Google Maps. Since its release, people stopped depending on maps or printing out directions. Instead, all people have to do now is download the app onto their phone, and they have their own GPS system in the palm of their hand that is up to date and connected to the Internet. If you don’t know what your destination looks like, all you need to do is type in the address into Google Maps and you can see where you’re going and know what to look for. Along with Google Maps, Google Earth has given people the ability to look at destinations from an aerial view using satellite images and terrain views where you can actually look at the location in its truest form and not just colored lines and labeling. Nowadays, people have seen the “Google Cars” driving around their town with a bunch of cameras in a ring for the purpose of capturing as much information as possible to be uploaded online. But with such technology, there is always a risk when it comes to national security. With such amazing technology, terrorists and other people who don’t have good intentions can scope out their target on Google Maps and plan out their attack. In order to protect the public and that location, Google Maps will blur or black out locations that aren’t allowed to be seen by the general public. In this video, are ten places that you’re not allowed to see on Google Maps. 18 Places You Are NOT Allowed To Visit !
From some of the most secretive military bunkers in the world, to remote islands with fragile ecosystems, here are18 Places You Are NOT Allowed To Visit Subscribe to American Eye http://goo.gl/GBphkv 10. Chapel of the Ark of the Covenant Could Ethiopia truly be the final resting place for the ark of the covenant? This one is a little bit strange because they claim that they actually have to true ark of the covenant but no one is allowed to see it not even the president of Ethiopia, because it might warp their fragile little minds. In case you didn’t know, this was supposedly the elaborate box that contained the 10 commandments and has been sought after by many crusaders. It’s said to be about the size of a seaman’s chest made of gold plated wood with two large angels at the top. Many have gone on wild quests to try to find it. Some believe that a secret society already has possession of it and that it holds some type of mystical power. What does it really look like though? I guess we never find out because it’s held in a chapel in Ethiopia, surrounded by a 10 foot fence. Maybe the monks who are guarding it have mystical powers and you shouldn’t try to find out? Possibly. 6. Device Assembly Facility The device assembly facility is located within the National Nevada Security Site where over a thousand nuclear bombs were tested and is one of the most heavily guarded places in the US. It was built in 1980’s to assemble nuclear weapons to be tested on the proving grounds. Now that the proving grounds are inactive, it’s believed that they also learn to test the decay and maintenance of radioactive material used in the nuclears arms stockpile Also known as the DAF, this submarine looking building is made of reinforced steel and is entirely underground and heavily guarded with machine guns, humvees and armed guards. It’s remote location in the Nevada desert makes it extremely difficult to visit even you were allowed to. What else happens here remains remains unknown. 5. The Verdun Forest Located in the country of France, there’s a zone rouge that no one is allowed to build anything on especially farms or houses. It’s land that’s been declared as completely devastated, Human life is impossible and 100 percent impossible to clean. The battle of Verdun in France was one of the longest and biggest battle during world war I and the area is still closed off due to arsenic poisoning and undetonated explosives. These photos are showing you a place that used to be considered no man's land and you can still see how a battle has shaped this land. Forests here seem quite bizarre. It’s rumored to still be littered with thousands of skeletons. Trenches are still noticeable, barbed wire is on the ground and artillery shells are turning to rust. Much of the forest was simply destroyed from artillery shells and poisonous chemical weapons filled the air during this battle. This photo here displays an entrance to forte marre which is complete inaccessible due to the extreme shelling it received, which could make it collapse at any moment. 2. Raven Rock You better believe that the president's own personal nuclear apocalypse bunker is off limits to tourists! You definitely won’t be coming here anytime soon unless you are able to join the secret service! This secretive underground complex, known as Raven Rock is a complex system of tunnels near Blue Ridge Summit, Pennsylvania is said to serve as the Pentagon’s replacement in case of a nuclear attack on Washington DC. 1.Area 51 No other place in the US is so well known, yet so secretive at the same time. This base sits in an extremely remote and harsh desert at Groom Lake, Nevada, just north of Las Vegas in the National Nevada Security Site. For quite a long period of time. It’s surrounded by restricted airspace the size of Rhode Island. There’s no fences around the base but any vehicles driving down a road near groom lake is detected by magnetic sensors, even if it’s on public roads. So don’t thing you’re just gonna hop in your ATV and visit this place. As soon as you reach the end of public land and reach the borders of area 51, there will be security watching you behind some desert shrubs, waiting for you to dare make a wrong move. Is the US government hiding the bodies of aliens somewhere in an underground bunker somewhere? I guess we’ll never know because we’re no allowed to come here. Any of our subscribers out there willing to floor it and live feed it for us?

Unbelievable Places That Really Exist
From the unreal Yoro Park in Japan to the Bergpark Wilhelmshohe in Germany, here are Unbelievable Places That Really Exist. Learn about the BIGGEST of everything Monday, Wednesday, and Friday just subscribe! # 8 Yoro Park The town of Yoro located in the Gifu prefecture of Japan is relatively small and unremarkable with a population of just 33,000. However, many people are attracted to this place because of the Yoro Park Site of Reversible Destiny. It is a strange “theme park” that doesn’t have the roller coasters or rides that most theme parks offer. Instead, it boasts surreal landscaping, perfectly round domes covered in grass, and architecture that will make you scratch your head. It was originally designed to incorporate the 100 waterfalls in the area into a unified place. # 7 Beppu, Japan The Japanese island of Kyushu is home to many things, but is also known to be a very active hotbed of geothermal activity. Hot springs have bubbled up over the city of Beppu and are so hot they create huge steam clouds that rise above the rooftops, making it look like the entire city is on fire. These springs are colored a deep blue or deep orange but are too hot to bathe in, ranging in temperature from 50 to 99.5 degrees Celsius. This hot water is piped through the city to be used in homes, restaurants, and even in places where it is cooled down enough to help with physical therapy. # 6 Village of Monsanto Voted the most Portuguese village in Portugal and built to be intertwined with the landscape is the village of Monsanto. Looking at pictures might be shocking because it looks as if the village was crushed by a landslide. The village was built between, underneath, and around these boulders which have been there for as long as the village has. Monsanto was built in the 12th century and sits on top of a mountain, giving a spectacular view of the Italian countryside. # 5 Marble Caves of Chile Chico This stark rock shape is located in a peninsula bordering Lake General Carrera along the Chile-Argentina border. It’s one of the marble caves of Chile Chico, a giant outcropping of solid marble that has been slowly carved by water pushing up against it. The marble caves are very far removed from any established paved roads and require a 30 minute guided boat ride to get to. The parts that have been polished by the water reveal a beautiful pearly, swirling pattern hidden inside the rock. # 4 The Natural Bridge Most bridges are man-made marvels, but this one was made completely by Mother Nature. It was carved by Cedar Creek which flowed through it over the course of thousands of years. It’s a 65 meter high bridge that is sacred to the Monacan tribe and was later surveyed by American colonists. One of these colonists was George Washington who allegedly carved his initials into the rock. # 3 The Blue Forest The Hallerbos, or Blue Forest, is a dream-like forest in Belgium. Most times of the year it’s beautiful, but unremarkable as far as forests go. However, every spring, the forest takes on a whole new quality that makes it seem straight out of a dream. The forest floor blooms with blue bell flowers, completely saturating the place with the densest meadow of bluebells in all of Europe. # 2 Atlantic Ocean Road We’ve all heard of taking the “scenic route”, but the Atlantic Ocean Road takes that to the next level. This winding road curves over and around the brutal Norwegian Sea. The road connects several tiny islands together to unify the country, and to do this it crosses the beautiful scenery of the Norwegian coasts. Despite several arched bridges and elevated roads, the water will still occasionally crash over the road during storms. If you are lucky and brave enough to cross this road, you will be rewarded with some of the most breathtaking views in the world. # 1 Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe This image has been circulating on the internet for at least four years now and is frequently captioned as being somewhere near Poland or Germany. While this actual image is just a photo mockup, there is a similar waterfall castle that actually exists in Kassel Germany. The Bergpark Wilhelmshohe is an old water park that was first built in 1696. It’s equipped to handle 92,000 gallons that flow through the three-century-old pneumatic devices. The water most notable flows down a 350-meter long cascade/slide that makes it look like a castle sitting directly on top of a water park. You can still visit the Bergpark Wilhelmshohe despite its age as it was designated a UNESCO world heritage spot in 2013.

Hidden Killers of the Tudor Home (Tudor Documentary) | Timeline
Check out our new website for more incredible history documentaries: HD and ad-free. http://bit.ly/2O6zUsK Dr Suzannah Lipscomb takes us back to Tudor times in search of the household killers of the era. It was a great age of exploration and science where adventurers returned from the New World with exotic goods previously unknown in Europe. An era in which the newly emergent middle classes had, for the first time, money for luxuries and early consumer goods, many of which contained hidden dangers. The period also saw a radical evolution in the very idea of 'home'. For the likes of Tudor merchants, their houses became multi-room structures instead of the single-room habitations that had been the norm (aristocracy excepted). This forced the homebuilders of the day to engineer radical new design solutions and technologies, some of which were lethal. Suzannah discovers that in Tudor houses the threat of a grisly, unpleasant death was never far away in a world (and a home) still mired in the grime and filth of the medieval period - and she shows how we still live with the legacy of some of these killers today. Secret Places Hidden in Famous Locations
Today we’re doing a bit of travelling and heading to destinations that receive thousands of visitors daily, except that we’re going to unlock some secrets about those travel hot-spots, and reveal some secret places that you may not even be aware of! Subscribe to Talltanic http://goo.gl/wgfvrr 8 - The Chamber of Secrets… The Niagara Falls in Canada also has a secret to reveal, and it’s been dubbed the “Cave of the Evil Spirit.” There’s a bit of a legend around this cave, which tells the story of an evil spirit that got trapped there many years ago. It’s been said that should you have the guts to visit the cave, you will suffer with a life full of misfortune. 7 - Mystery Solved… The Mont Sainte Odile Convent is located in France, and it was here that many ancient and rare books went missing, and no one could explain how it happened. How did someone leave with the books unnoticed? Staff locked the windows and locks were replaced, yet the books still went missing. Eventually camera footage helped find the culprit. A teacher had discovered a secret passageway, which he used to enter and exit the monastery without being detected. Fortunately, all the books were returned unharmed. 6 - Islands in the stream… Over at Disney World there is an abandoned island that many are unaware of. It was initially opened as Treasure Island in 1974, and it was home to exotic and wild animals. The island was closed in 1999, and all the animals transferred to the Animal Kingdom. The island was then forgotten about for a decade, until a chap by the name of Shane Perez literally swam to the island in the middle of the night. He took loads of photographs and when Disney found out about it, threatened to ban him for life. Shortly thereafter Disney said there were plans to convert the island into a Lost themed attraction, but to date, the idea seems to have lost momentum. 5 - Hidden Depths… Stazione Centrale is the main railway station in Milan, and sees 330,000 people pass through it’s doors every day! What most of those people don’t realize, is that behind the closed doors they’re walking past, is the most luxurious room in the entire building. It’s the Padiglione Reale AKA the Royal Pavilion. This was the waiting room for the Royal family that was used during the 1920’s. The monarchy hasn’t been in power for decades, but the room remains intact. It boasts marble interiors, sculptures, beautiful furniture and a private balcony. 4 - Off to see a man about a dog… Radio City Music Hall also has a secret apartment, and this apartment was given to Samuel 'Roxy' Rothafel, the theatre’s impresario. It’s said they valued his talents so much, they gifted him with the apartment. The lavish apartment has remained unused since he crossed the rainbow bridge in 1936. 3 - Behind the scenes… There are very few people that are aware of the Crystal Palace subway in London. It lies beneath the A212, and dates back to 1865.This station was one of the stops on the High Line Route, but that route was destroyed by fire in 1936. For a brief period, the subway was used as an air raid shelter. The High Line was demolished in 1961, but that subway wasn’t touched. Kids used to play down there and during the 90’s there was the occasional rave, but nothing since then. There’s hope that enough funds can be raised to open it up as a tourist attraction. 2 - An uninspiring discovery… At the Indian National library, there was talk of a haunted room that no one could enter. In fact, there was physically no way to enter this room, as there were no openings at all. The room was like that for 250-years, but archaeologists have since drilled into that room, with the hope of finding something fabulous. They were sorely disappointed to discover a room full of dried mud, more than likely used to strengthen the building. Such a disappointment. 1 - Look where you’re going… We’re back in England, and we’re walking over Charing Cross Road. Down below is a pretty big secret, and if you peer carefully through one of the grates, you will discover 2 tiled, Victorian street names, giving you a glimpse of what that street looked like all those years ago.
