Watch your back! Some of these are perfect for lower pain pain and some could result in rotator cuff tendinitis. Always best to follow a diet and a better program monitored by a professional.

ayee jay i know, but i really want small hips. i know the ‘trend’ right now is to have wide hips, but it’s a trend so it’s probably not gonna last longer than a year and i’ve never really liked my wide hips. they made my body disproportional and makes my butt big and i’m very self conscious about it. i wish i could have a small butt, small hips, and slim long legs, so i can finally wear tights and not always gotta wear my stupid sweat pants. i’ve been exercising more recently and i’ve gotten slimer and healthier :)

If you train the muscles on the sides of your belly they will become bigger which is going to make your waist bigger... you cant change your body and bone structure so I would rather suggest to make your butt and shoulders bigger by working them out, this will give an illussion of a smaller waist.

I knew that these moves can really help u to have the result but one thing i want to tell that these are really impossible for a overweight women like me,,,,its difficult to do these with 78 kgs Should be shown with some overweight model,🤣🤣🤣

sulekha Sharma you should try atleast..if you cant then.. . Go with basic exercises for a month.. Then you caninitially i was also overweight

Try it with some cardio or hiit/interval training :) example: elliptical helps you with movements, so once you've got more strenght in small muscles like them in your spine/back/arms and core you will get this right :) personal experience :)

Why would people wanna shrink hips? I get wanting a small waist but why shrink your hips? There are models out there (Candise, Lais, Adriana, Elsa, Josephine) that have quite big hips and yet they're still modeling with no problem, they get hired, and they don't get judged for having an extra inch or 2

This is misleading, you can't shrink your hips, if they are wide, it will remain so. To lose fat around them, yes!!

I was an athlete and my body isn't like this model. Being athletic doesn't mean to be completely skinny. My thighs, hips and buttocks are pretty much wide. While my upper body a bit like this model.

Don't be immature. If you want to be skinny with small hips than do it, if you want to have large hips, good luck with that. Don't shame each other. Having hips doesn't make you a fat bitch and most men find it very feminine and attractive. I am not skinny and can lift much more than the model and my body is much stronger with my bigger thighs, you can be athletic without looking skinny, it actually helps to gain weight if you want to be good at sports that require strength and speed at short distances. You're all 100% women..
